Golf Course Brief: Opened in October of 1991. It is situated on 105 acres of mature woodlands and natural terrain just outside of Colonial Williamsburg. But here you are able to enjoy nature without the distractions of condos or cul-de-sacs...There are none. It is an extraordinary setting. The course is basically built on top of a series of ridges. Ravines are pretty steep, but shoulder mounding to the sides of the holes helps to contain some errant shots that might otherwise find trouble. It is natural woodlands with holes are cut through it...so most fairways are lined with trees and vegetation. The golf course follows the flow of the land. There’s not to much water and there are few parallel fairways. The Green Course is pristine. It’s like a peaceful walk in nature.
